On Sunday, like thousands of other Rotherham United supporters, I will be travelling down to Wembley to cheer on the Millers in the League Two Play-off Final against Dagenham & Redbridge.

This week we saw the State Opening of Parliament and the much anticipated Queen’s Speech.

The House of Commons formally returned this week and one of the first pieces of business was the re-election of the Speaker.

There was more success for our local sports stars last week when Anston’s Ben Swift won the Tour de Picardie, the first stage race victory for Team Sky.
