The Make Your Mark ballot of young people began in August and is continuing until 10 October 2014.
Make Your Mark is the annual vote, run in conjunction with the UK Youth Parliament, in which 11-18 year olds get their say on issues that matter to them. Young people select their top five most important issues, which will then be debated by Members of Youth Parliament (MYPs) in the House of Commons during Parliament Week from 14-20 November. The MYPs then select their campaigns for the year ahead.
There has been a remarkable growth in the ballot’s reach with over 470,000 young people voting last year. This year, MYPs have set a target of reaching 1 million. For more information please visit www.mi-voice.com/mym
